I called and a technician came out within two hours. Joshua was such a knowledgeable and professional young man. He knew exactly what to do and he had my lockbox fixed after I messed up, in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Haven Security and especially Joshua for outstanding work. Good Job.

I’ve been using Haven’s Lock & Security for years for our business key needs. Their location is convenient, right off Highway 180 in downtown Fresno, making it easy to get in and out. The staff is always friendly, service is quick, and I’ve never had issues with the quality of their work. They have a large selection of safes, security cameras, locks, keys, and other security products, which is impressive.
The reason for the 4-star rating is their service area policy. I was told they provide free service calls within Fresno and Clovis, but my address which is only about 15 minutes from their location would require a $150 service...read full review
Josh is the greatest safe technician arrives very promptly and business is conducted in the most professional way. And they also have the cheapest prices in town.
