This review is long overdue! I’ve been a client of Karen’s for over 10 years. She is a perfectionist who loves what she does, and is one of the most honest “EXPERIENCED” aesthetic nurses you will ever find. Better than many physicians on cosmetic procedures. Over the years I’ve received tons of compliments on my youthfulness appearance, and I’m 41 now. The whole staff is accommodating, and attentive to their patients. Don’t hesitate and wait to long! I found Kiss Me Med Spa after receiving horrendous customer service at another local well-known aesthetic center. From the moment I spoke to the receptionist and explained my situation, I knew I found my new neurotoxin home. The kindness and warmth of the staff just over the phone set such a different tone. I felt like I was finally treated as a person. I wasn't judged because I had to purchase their holiday special on two different cards! It was raining terribly when I first came in, I was greeted nicely, offered help getting my toddler settled in the waiting room. Dr. Brenda is amazing and made me feel so comfortable for my first time getting fillers ever and my results are so natural and enhances what I already have! Nurse Ozzy did my Botox and she was amazing <33
