“This place is absolutely amazing!! I have tried yoga in the past but just couldn’t seem to fall in love with the process of getting better. Liana and the other yoga instructors here are the first ever to break down the moves and take me through the breathing. This place provides a full meditative experience through yoga and I find myself looking forward to my next class. Thank you so much!”
“Vera is an incredible Pilates instructor. Her classes are challenging and she always takes the time to ensure proper form and execution. I have gained flexibility and core strength since taking Vera’s classes and would highly recommend her classes at any level.”
“Absolutely love this place! The instructors are amazing, the vibe is great and I always feel better after class.”
