I really enjoy this yoga studio. I found this little gem on a business trip and I ALWAYS return when I'm in town. This is not a classic American Yoga studio. This is Old Masters Yoga. Anyone can do these poses. They promote health and prepare you for meditation...which occurs at the end of each session. When I leave I am relaxed and the stress of the day is gone. I even purchased the CDs of the various classes to use while I travel (3-4 weeks a month). Don't come here for fast paced sweat producing poses.
