“It's been quite a while that I went in. When I arrived for my appt she was not there so I called her #, she got there within minutes but she was annoyed with me because she was on the phone with her son's teacher. I don't believe she meant to make me feel bad but I could tell I upset her. I overlooked an email that she sent which instructed me to fill out additional forms as this was my first visit. We went on with the appointment & tan was good. But yeah the experience could have gone a bit better, just one of those things that stick in your mind.“

Any negative reviews you read are from old staff that are no longer with the company or bitter “karens” who are intimidated by attractive fun bubbly women. Truthfully. Be your own judge of character and visit the location. Staff and management does their best to keep the standards of the salon at an A+, fix any issues in the moment and do what is RIGHT and FAIR for the customer/company. Ask for Jackie for a great bed/spray tan recommendation & don’t forget to enhance your tan with proper prepping lotions as well as after care treatments. I live at the coast now and HANDS DOWN PBT has some of the best beds and spray machines in the industry!!!“

“I just visited Chosen Esthetics for a scalp facial and WOW was I impressed. I've had scalp facials before in LA, but would have never guess that I had the best one here in Fresno. Makalya was the absolute sweetest, and I loved how she explained every single step througout the facial. My favorite part was when I was having the hair wash cycle (with the viral wash part you see on social media) and the steam was coming out. I didn't have that portion last time in another spa, and man I'm so glad I experienced it here. While I was just here for the scalp facial, I would trust Makalya with any other service!“

“If you're looking for a wax service stop here ! One and done ! I felt so nervous because it had been awhile since my last wax and wanted to get back into the routine . Super fast response from Nicole and was able to book next day . Such an amazing job , I was left so smooth and pretty! She was so thorough with small left over hairs and checked all areas for any as well as used a combo of hard and soft wax to get it down . Great pricing and no longer at sola salon but in a new location that was private and comfy.“

“I was with sunsational tans for years and now with Palm Beach, I have never had a better experience than I did today. Even with it being 109° and busy the girl behind the counter (I didn't catch her name but red hair and blue eyes) was great. Told me able all the specials they were having and was just over all super kind. I've been considering closing my account or putting it on hold because the Clovis location is closed but she single handedly made me want to keep coming to the milburn location.
