I locked my bathroom 1949 original to the house door knob by accident while I was feeding two foster kittens. My husband had just left for work and after 1/2 hour of trying to get it open I called Paxton. He was at my house within 15 minutes and was very nice and polite. He got the old doorknob open in less than 5 minutes even though he said he'd never worked with that type of knob before.
