Maldonado:I would not trust maintenance on my difficult property with its multiple levels/gardens and precious plants to just anyone. Israel and Israel Jr. managed the project with great skill, combining my requests with their professional recommendations for the 2.5 day project. The crew was careful, friendly and did an excellent job. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.Israel Sr noticed an oak that wasn’t doing well, and let me know about Ian Ashby, a certified arborist who works with them.Ian was the most knowledgeable arborist I have encountered in the 45+ years I’ve lived in Fresno. The team did a great job! They removed the one tree very quickly, safely, and professionally. And the one we wanted trimmed (because of being unbalanced since it is near power lines) turned out beautifully! They also cleaned up the debris very well, respected our property, and asked for our opinion as they went along to make sure we were happy with it. They did arrive more than an hour later than we were told which was annoying, but overall they deserve 5 stars.
Maldonado brothers were on time and prepared by our allotted time. they were cordial and listened carefully to the instructions given regarding which trees and where to cut. they were efficient with their time and were careful with property lines and equipment. there was an incident with an old tarp getting a rip, but they offered an apology and replaced it the same day. i felt like my money and time were respected and will continue to do business with this company.
