I ordered a full turnkey motion simulator from Axon at the beginning of this year, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dean and his team arrived at my house in the morning and had the entire rig set up, running, and dialed in by the end of the day. The installation was professional, efficient, and the attention to detail was excellent.
Recently I noticed that one of the D-BOX actuator leg caps had cracked because it was making noise. I reached out to Axon for help and Justin responded to me very quickly. He worked directly with D-BOX and had replacement actuator end caps sent out to me and resolved the problem extremely quickly!
