“Theo came to our house on April 29/26 for Boiler maintenance and inspection. He found out we had gas leaking out from heat exchange. He was willing to spend more than 2 hours on the phone with Navien tech support so that they would approved Heat exchange which was still under warranty which was extremely complicated process in order for them to approve for replacement. They approved and sent the part by noon.on April 30/26. He was willing to come back to remove the old and install the new part. In order for us to have warm shower. He provided amazing services care and passion. We highly recommend his company to anyone require this 5 stars services to the customers.“

He was on-time, professional, and took care of my problems without any hassle. I love that they will come and do the assessment for free (so many companies I called will charge $$ just to come) and gives you very reasonable pricing, which you approve, before doing the job.

I had a broken garburator and problems with hot water not coming out of my kitchen sink and Damien came and took care of everything in less than 2 hours.

“I had a disastrous leak in my suite while I was away on holiday that affected five of my neighbours, two common hallways and multiple ceilings and walls. I organized a replacement toilet through Urban - taking time out of my vacation from 10, 000 kilometres away - to ensure I had a working toilet upon my return home. One of the owners, Carmine, and his business partner were out of town and some balls were dropped. The plumber was essentially a no show - this was not a window replacement, or flooring - this was a life necessity. I could have left a crap Google review, however I contacted Carmine with an email explaining what happened and my disappointment. He STEPPED UP right away, sent me an email apologizing and taking responsibility and ownership of mistakes that were made. HUGE respect for his accountability in this instance. Highly recommend giving your hard earned dollars and trust in Urban Plumbing and Heating after this incident. I have to do a renovation in my apartment and I know that Carmine Zuzolo will go out of his way to make sure it’s done right. In a world of very little accountability?
