“I saw an ad on Instagram on Christmas Day. I messaged the stylist with a couple of questions. To my surprise, they responded that day. I ended up scheduling for mid-January due to my work schedule. It is my first time to Bisou and Erika was my hairstylist. I needed a change since my last dye was over a year ago. My booking was for 4 hours as originally I was thinking I would just get some highlights not knowing what to do with my hair exactly. Erika suggested some tight highlights to blend and cover existing colour. She offered me some snacks and water, since we both knew this will take a few hours! We actually went over the alotted time but she finished the job. The bonus was the really nice head massage. My hair turned out really nice. I will definitely consider going back.“
