From the start of the project to the final delivery, it was truly a pleasure working with them. I have recently had a complete bathroom renovation done by Image to Reality Contracting. Over the years, I have had some bad experiences with several contractors therefore I now expect a high standard of all aspects of work ethics - professionalism, transparency, responsiveness to concerns, care and attention to detail and post completion customer service. Last year, I had my condo renovated with a focus on the kitchen and bathroom and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Marc and Cory were professional, always available to answer any questions and sort out any issues that came up. They hold themselves to a high standard and it shows in their work. They are great guys to work with; very easygoing and genuine.
