We hired Urban plumbing to help our building's sump pump flooding issue. Marco from Urban Plumbing was very professional and quickly had a plan of action to take this building to the next level of sump pump redundancy protection with alarms. He gave us a quote up front for three projects and we agreed to move forward with one project at a time. The first involved re-routing the elevator sump to pump directly through one floor of the parkade and then out of the building instead of dumping into another sump pit to be pumped out later and avoid pumping water twice.
