Appointments are comfortable, with each step explained clearly, and clients LOVE the results. Sweena puts clients at ease immediately and is so gentle that they barely feel any pain. Clients see themselves being long-term customers and are super happy with the work Sweena does. She is patient and always makes sure you leave happy. Sweena always does a great job with eyebrow threading and is very timely. Her communication is great for anytime there might be conflicts interfering with appointments.
I had put off getting my eyebrows threaded for far too long and ended up right across the street from Splurge. I texted the owner who was communicative and friendly! I quickly coordinated an appointment and my aesthetician was great! Highly recommend!

I’ve had multiple waxing and threading sessions at Splurge, and each time the service has been consistently excellent. The work is always clean, precise, and done with care. I really appreciate the flexibility too – there was a time I reached out last minute, and even though Sweena was about to wrap up for the day, she still kindly fit me in. It’s that level of professionalism and thoughtfulness that keeps me coming back.
