I've relied on Pristine Plumbing for about six years and for good reason. They are courteous and responsive; they provide honest and detailed explanations; and they stand by their work. I would recommend them to anybody.
This is the second time we've used Pristine Plumbing. Both times, Andrew came to help with regular maintenance of our water heater. Always punctual, courteous, thorough, happy to explain what he was doing, happy to answer questions, went above and beyond this time to ensure a sudden loss of water pressure in our of our washrooms was fixed before he left. Always a great experience!
Heard about Pristine Plumbing from another unit owner in our complex, thought I give them a try on my kitchen sink clog. Daniel was very responsive on the phone and arranged a call out to my home very quickly. Andrew came and helped me with my issue. I needed declogging in my kitchen sink, removal of the garburator, and replacement of a new faucet. Andrew was extremely pleasant to deal with, very professional, clean, and detailed in his work. He would go over the agenda and get my agreement before proceeding with the actual work. He keeps us informed along the way. Overall very satisfied with his work. Highly recommend.
