Shabu was extremely professional and efficient. He came out on the snowiest of days to help us with our lighting issue. He was very knowledgeable about the problem we were having with our track lighting on our 12 foot ceilings. He tested all aspects to find the faulty part and helped us move another fixture to that spot so that we wouldn’t be without living room light until the new fixture we ordered comes in. He shared information about other products and services we are interested in down the line. All in all, excellent service with a friendly touch! We would have him back in a heartbeat to do future work. Very satisfied!

We called Milani to install two exterior outlets to plug in heaters and Christmas lights as needed. Shabu was friendly and efficient. Appreciated that he vacuumed well afterwards like he was never here. Would call him again for future jobs.

Steve helped with installing an extension hose from our laundry washer to the drain. There were some challenges getting the extension to connect but he was able to get it done. During his visit, he was always professional, polite and showed he cared. We had to reschedule a 2nd visit to complete the job and I was happy they were able to send him again. He did and excellent job and I would recommend using Milani again!
