Peniby is a healer! I have had a labral hip injury for 6 months with chronic pain and have tried physio, excercise, chiro, accupuncture, massage, rest, and nothing would work. I was this close to getting injections from a sports medicine doctor with surgery being the next step. I lost my range of motion until I saw Peniby today. She has healing hands and went deep in to my fascia. It was probably the most painful deep tissue work i've had but my body needed it. I came out of the appointment with so much released tension and my hip rotation, abduction and extension all came back. I never thought I would be able to get my range back but Peniby delivered.
