Katrina gave me the most pain relief compared to any other practitioner I have ever seen. I was able to walk and sit the most comfortably I have in years and can't believe the results from just one session. They are all super friendly and knowledgeable and most of all know what they are doing to help you heal and function at your best.

I saw Katrina at optimal and it was the best experience of my life. I have tried Chiro, physio, massage for my pain and nothing has ever worked as fast as this has. I felt instant relief and felt the knots melting away. Katrina was super knowledgable talked me through everything letting me know why my muscles were tense and how she would release them. I would 100% recommend going and seeing her!

I would highly recommend Dr. Katrina Hombrebueno! A technique she used is ART (active release technique) which helped open my hips and shoulders more and relieved a lot of tightness in those areas. Glad to see a chiropractor practicing more than just the usual “whack and crack”
