“Theo came to our house on April 29/26 for Boiler maintenance and inspection. He found out we had gas leaking out from heat exchange. He was willing to spend more than 2 hours on the phone with Navien tech support so that they would approved Heat exchange which was still under warranty which was extremely complicated process in order for them to approve for replacement. They approved and sent the part by noon.on April 30/26. He was willing to come back to remove the old and install the new part. In order for us to have warm shower. He provided amazing services care and passion. We highly recommend his company to anyone require this 5 stars services to the customers.”
