Showed up 30 min before closing, no appointment, no problem. Up on chair, crew cut, very short. Great price. Live in South Burnaby but came to North Burnaby for hair cut. Says it all.

I've been going to Kim's for over 10 years. When I first moved to that area, I went to several salons around there looking for the best place. That place is Kim's. Among the cheapest too! Amy's excellent and friendly. She's been there since day 1. Fatima's been there for at least a few years. She's also excellent and friendly. They both cut my hair. I moved further away a few years ago, but still go back every time! Best bang for the buck!

Theresa gave me such a great cut. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she cut it perfectly. She knows asian hair. Quick and professional; she’s been cutting hair for decades. There was even a walk-in client before me who had a perm done. I don’t know what her hair looked like before but the perm looked amazing and like it was natural. Theresa has SKILLS! Unfortunately, when you go to book online, her name isn’t on the list of options. It should be.
