I started with Total Therapy just after COVID shut down our world. It has been a God Sent! I was in a serious car accident that left me with a lot of soft tissue damage. I wasn't able to get to my original physiotherapist and my body was starting to regress. When I first starting seeing Mark, I was having troubles getting up off the floor. He has been patiently working with me. Through the online meetings, he has set up an individualized exercise program that has increased my strength slowly and systematically. I am now able to walk / jog 5 km. That is a huge accomplishment. In the beginning it was excessively painful just to step off the curb. I still have pain, but it has lessened significantly and I can feel hope for a full rich life again.
