Metrotown floors did an amazing job of removing old carpet and installing a beautiful laminate floor in my 27th floor apartment. I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism and quality of the work. Right from the first contact with Al the project manager, right through to completion of the project, communication was excellent, the removal of the old carpet, levelling the concrete floor, installing the laminate, and clean up during and after completion was outstanding. Professional, no-nonsense carpet replacement with an extremely quick turn around time. Al was a dream to work with - he listened to our needs, made thoughtful recommendations and never tried to upsell us.
