Fara at Balanced Healing understands how the body moves and has a passion for helping people heal. He uses many therapy modalities in his toolkit: acupuncture, functional movement exercises, deep massage, herbal therapies and more. Every session is different, based on what you need. He observes how you are moving and makes gentle corrections to make you aware and mindful. He works with the whole body and teaches you how the body collaborates to achieve full functionality and range of motion. I cannot put into words the incredible impact that Fera has had on my physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. I consider him an amazing healer and teacher. He has provided simple, practical, straightforward advice in addition to energy healing beyond my to explain. Fara's multi-disciplinary approach to healing is quite unique among the practitioners that I've encountered. He uses a combination of acupuncture, massage, sound bathing, herbalism, and at times even just cognitive therapy to help you with your individual needs, depending on what those are. His goal seems to be going straight to the root of whatever your issues is, which is something I really appreciate in contrast to the highly symptomatic/reactive world of common medical care.
