Mike was so helpful and went above and beyond, and out of his way, to try to find us a replacement part for an older machine that was no longer available. He even checked in a few days later to see if his solution worked - which it did! Excellent customer service!

Great service, helped us remove the doors of the fridge to fit it in my van and wasn't willing to sell us something that hadn't been fully repaired yet - which was refreshing. Thank you kindly!
