I had such a lovely experience with Shanna! I was visiting Burnaby and she was so accommodating by squeezing me in for a morning appointment, which I really appreciated. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and considerate, and immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The spa itself was very clean, calming, and beautifully maintained.
Before starting the treatment, Shanna took the time to do a skin assessment with me and talk through my skin concerns instead of just diving right in, which made the experience feel very personalized and thoughtful. I had a wonderful experience at Spa Belle for my facial. The staff was very welcoming and professional. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing. My facial was done very gently and my skin felt fresh, soft, and glowing afterward. They explained each step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
