I booked with Sam based on a recommendation from another professional I was seeing. I was impressed with his Bio as an individual who has experienced an injury himself. The session itself was diverse and Sam clearly is invested. In addition he prepared both a video and pdf Exercise program for me to follow at home. I am grateful I found him.

I've been seeing Claire for massage therapy about a year now. She's great at asking if the pressure is too much/too little throughout the session and she's very attuned to my reactions. So happy I found this clinic!

MSK Health and Performance is an all-in-one physiotherapy clinic, chiropractic clinic and registered massage therapy (RMT) clinic located in Metrotown Burnaby. Our team includes distinguished and award-winning doctors and therapists, teachers, researchers and industry mentors. Located in a modern high rise building in Metrotown with gorgeous, north facing views and abundant natural light. Some extras include IMS needling, active release (ART), shockwave, Graston (IASTM) and orthotics. For sports rehab in burnaby we offer 1-on-1 supervision in a large well equipped exercise space with highly trained physios. Our sports chiropractors have RCCSS specialist training and work with the Vanouver Canucks and Giants hockey and BC Lions Football.
