The Roma team came out and installed a furnace for my parents’ house within a couple of days from their first visit. We received a couple of quotes from other companies, and Roma was the most cost-effective option with a great warranty and depth of knowledge. Monica from the office was especially helpful and understanding. I would be more than happy to recommend Roma to anyone I know!
We reached out to Roma as our furnace stopped working. Andy and the Roma team were very attentive and helped resolve the issue very quickly. Luckily the required part was still covered under warranty and they were able to help us navigate that process with the manufacturer. I will be reaching out to Andy and Roma for future issues related to heating and cooling.
I was having trouble diagnosing an "internal GV error, micro and frequency check" error code on my Goodman gas furnace. I could not figure it out with a Google search alone. I called Roma and upon speaking with their professionals we solved the issue in short order over the telephone. They didn't even charge me for the help they provided on the phone and simply stated "we look forward to helping you with any heating issues you may have in the future." What an unexpected and amazing experience. This furnace won't last forever and I know who I am calling for a replacement when the time comes. Keep up the amazing work, great job!
