“After calling several plumbers who were too busy to come out, he came out within the hour and didn't charge the standard inspection fee as he trusted that I needed the work to be done that day. We had two sinks from the bathroom and kitchen that were connected that clogged as the previous plumber did a poor job on the piping and only had 1 p trap with no clean out. I was impressed with his recommendation to fix the clogging by installing 2p traps with modern clean out caps. He also redid the piping and unclogged all the pipes in our house with special industrial cleaning powder and hot water. His rates were also very reasonable, so I highly recommend this company. No need to get multiple quotes when you deal with this honest, reputable, knowledgeable and professional company.“

“We hired Urban plumbing to help our building's sump pump flooding issue. Marco from Urban Plumbing was very professional and quickly had a plan of action to take this building to the next level of sump pump redundancy protection with alarms. He gave us a quote up front for three projects and we agreed to move forward with one project at a time. The first involved re-routing the elevator sump to pump directly through one floor of the parkade and then out of the building instead of dumping into another sump pit to be pumped out later and avoid pumping water twice. They coordinated everything from concrete x-ray scans to core drilling. Next they installed two new three phase pumps to replace the single phase pumps that were incorrectly installed years ago by other plumbers in the primary sump. The final phase of the project was to replace a worn out sump pump in the parkade sump pit. Urban Plumbing were very professional and the job was completed on time and on budget. They all were a pleasure to work with and would definitely recommend them.“

“Our Strata recieved a quote for repiping the copper pipes from Bryn specifically - and that is what I am wanting to speak to. He was incredibly helpful to us, going back and forth to try to come up with better financial solutions, pricing options out, giving us information and holding an info session for the residents. Ultimately the vote was voted for another company in democratic fashion but I wanted to leave a review noting that Bryn does his best by giving you all what you need for making this decision and I've heard nothing but great things from other buildings who've had Brighter come in for their repipe. Definitely have these folks in the running if you're deciding to do a repipe!“
