Really good spa with friendly and empathetic people. I'd specifically recommend Kelly as a great spa therapist to work with. He is an extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and efficient therapist. Apart from his great massage techniques, it was lovely to talk to him and learn about various muscle groups in general.

Just finished my sérénité package 90 min inc facial w/Akiko april 19/24 in metrotown loc. and I feel a brand new girl now ?! She's experienced nice gentle and firm when needed, I'll be back next month on my birthday thank you sabai thai for today's massage amazing specially Akiko ??♾️!

Scarlett did an extraordinary job. I was so pleased with my experience.Came today for a second time at this location. Miki was my spa therapist and she did a phenomenal job addressing my needs and giving a 5 star experience overall. All the staff I encountered are so kind.
