Our bathroom renovation was relatively straightforward, but the Image to Reality team took every opportunity to make sure the details were just right. They helped us choose tiles, the bathtub, fixtures, and fittings, and they took the time to ensure we were completely happy with every decision.<br><br>The tradespeople they brought in for specialty work, like tiling, were incredible. They often worked overtime to help move the project along since we only have one bathroom in the house. The quality of the installation, the attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the final finish were all excellent.<br><br>What impressed me most about the team was their communication. Almost every day I received updates about what was happening, when things would be completed, and any potential delays we might expect. That level of transparency made the whole process much easier and less stressful.<br><br>I’d also like to thank them for going above and beyond with a few small things around the house. For example, they noticed that one of my doors wasn’t hanging properly and offered to fix it while they were already there. I don’t have many tools, so I really appreciated them taking the time to sort that out quickly, and they didn’t even charge for it.<br><br>When we first received quotes for the project, Image to Reality came in right in the middle price-wise. Their pricing was very fair and in line with the industry.
