“Amazing and professional service by Cri to replace shower valve, cartridge, and hardware. Initially thought our tankless water heater was malfunctioning. He was able to let us know the actual source of our problem. The repair was detailed and it is now good as new.
Love it. Went the extra mile. And that is appreciated these days more than ever.”
“Had a fantastic experience with AugerPros! The whole experience was surprise, after surprise. Somehow, I got someday service, which absolutely surprised me. The next surprise was that the plumber, Chris, arrived within the hour of making the call. He was superb and clearly stated what he was going to do, and then promptly assessed it, and gave me an estimate when I approved immediately. He had a couple of issues due to roots in my French drain but took care it! I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the work, their pricing, their plumber, and their customer support! All Fantastic! I will definitely be using them again for my future plumbing needs. Thanks again to AugerPros!”
“I had Michael's Master Plumbing install a toilet for me. They discovered that the flange was damaged and explained that they could repair the flange, but weren't sure how long it would last. I appreciated their honesty in saying they could replace it. I did choose to get a new flange, and the toilet is now working. The workers were very professional and helpful. I'll call them again when I have a plumbing problem. Great service.”
