I am really pleased with the carpet cleaning service I received. The team arrived right on time and took the time to clearly explain the whole process before getting started. My carpets look fantastic—much cleaner and fresher than before. When I booked through Groupon, I later got an email explaining the service and mentioning that one area covers a room up to 10 by 15 feet. My living room is actually bigger than that, but they still cleaned the whole space without charging extra. It would be helpful if that area size info was listed on the Groupon site so customers know what to expect. Overall, I’m very satisfied. preston and his crew did an amazing job with my carpet cleaning in plano. they pretreated some tough spots in four rooms and then cleaned everything, making my carpets look even better than i expected. very professional and top-notch service. this is definitely the team to call for carpet cleaning. i also had a couple of rooms where some old stains came back after the first cleaning. whenever i called, preston returned to work on those spots until they were completely gone. he really knows what he’s doing and didn’t stop until every carpet looked brand new. i highly recommend this team if you want your carpets looking fresh and spotless.
I am always impressed with the service and quality of work from this carpet cleaning company in Plano. They handle everything from routine carpet cleaning for homes and businesses to getting a house ready for sale, including installing new carpet, deep cleaning, and freshening up spaces. I had a house in Plano that needed some extra care after the owners had been unable to keep up with maintenance. Greyson came out and made a thorough plan, which included replacing worn-out carpets, deep cleaning the carpets upstairs, and even repainting some rooms.
