The person on the phone was very helpful and made the whole process easy. I have pets, so my carpets had heavy traffic marks, odor, and tough stains, and they really needed a deep clean. I’ve used this carpet cleaning service for years in several homes, and they have always done an excellent job. I first heard about them through a recommendation, and every visit has been a great experience. Terrance showed strong attention to detail, carefully pre-treating high-traffic areas, lifting stains, and grooming the carpet after the cleaning. My home always feels fresh, soft, and truly renewed when the work is finished. Even older carpet looks bright again, and the whole space feels cleaner and more comfortable. If I could, I would gladly give them 10 stars.
Jude did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. My carpeting had gotten into rough shape from pet stains and odor, and I really needed a deep carpet cleaning service. Jude gave me an estimate that was a little higher than I first expected, but it was manageable, so I chose the pet treatment, sanitizer, and deodorizer. He was very detailed and treated every pet spot carefully, even using an infrared light to find hidden problem areas.
