He even sat and had a regular conversation with them about all kinds of things. He was patient enough with them to build a relationship with them in order for them to trust him.
His crew was outstanding with the work they did on the roof. They were meticulous with every stage of the putting on the new roof and afterwards, you would never know that they were there putting on a new roof.
