“We called this company a month ago because our door wasn’t closing properly. The technician, Rafael, initially fixed it by installing a thicker bolt. However, the same issue reoccurred a few weeks later. Rafael came back out to adjust it and informed us that we actually needed a specific, proper lock for our door, which he said he would look for. It has now been two weeks of waiting. We followed up with Rafael directly but received no response. We then called the main office, and they promised he would call us back, but we still haven’t heard anything. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through after the initial service.

I called the office and David followed up with me responsibly. Even though I fixed the lock myself and didn’t need a technician to come out, I will definitely reach out to him next time if I need anything.“
