Tom and his team did an outstanding job on our foundation repairs. He saved us thousands of dollars and was able to schedule fairly quickly. His crew did excellent work in addition to testing the sprinklers, replacing shrubs, dirt and mulch, and cleaning up. Our cracks are closed up and we are very pleased with our experience with Dodson’s!!
Meeting with Mr. Tom Dobson today was such a reassuring experience. After getting quotes from other foundation companies that were astronomically high, Mr. Dobson’s honesty and patience stood out immediately. He took the time to walk me through the entire evaluation step-by-step and let me know that our foundation is actually completely fine. That degree of professionalism and integrity is hard to come by. I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing a foundation expert, and he’ll be our go-to if any future issues arise.
Recently I noticed movement in the garage area walls of my house. I reached out to Tom from Dodson Foundation Repair who arranged to come for an inspection on a holiday Monday no less. He performed and explained measurements for the whole house and what was actually going on with my foundation. No repairs were needed.
Tom took the time to maximize customer satisfaction rather than company profit. That is very rare these days. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
