“We got a puppy recently and this place was highly recommended , I loved it.Didn’t bring my kiddos the first time because wasn’t sure if I could and what would they do while we were waiting etc.Waiting time was not much, they send you to this very clean room where the nurse and the the vet meet you .They do have a kids corner and they offer you a drink .Not what I was expecting from a Vet’s visit.Exceeded my expectations . Glad we found a place to call our home for our furry baby .“

“Had such a lovely experience! I had accidentally come the day before my appointment thinking it was the correct day and they worked me in! (Never expect any business to do that so I’m very grateful.) We ended up talking about it and having a laugh when we realized. They have a texting service to let you know when your pet is done which I love! They took a picture of how much deshedding they did on my dog and sent me over the picture! The receptionist and groomer were both really lovely!“

Dr. Dana and Allen are incredible, compassionate, and caring individuals and in the 15+ years they have taken care of my cats, I have had exactly zero, and I mean ZERO problems with their office. I have always been seen in a timely manner, often same-day if my cat is in bad shape. Their pricing is super competitive, especially considering the level of care and attention they give both you and your pets. They have NEVER pushed unnecessary treatments on any of my cats, and I even had 2 with cancer at one point. When medications or labs are necessary, Dr. Dana has always presented me with several options, explained thoroughly the pros and cons of each course of action (and disclosed costs to the best of her ability), and then let me choose what's best for my cats.My experience with Cat Hospital of Collin County has been nothing less than five-stars.
