Jerry (AugerPros owner) sent his top guys to my service request. Chase Roberson and Justin Schrader came to my site, repaired the cold water intake valve and piping on a new water heater, connected the electricity, and set the water temperature.. I requested special equipment be installed, and it was done. Work was done quickly, professionally, and cleanly. Workers wore protective booties and masks, and protected the carpet where they were working. Chase is a master plumber. He'll tell you exactly what he's doing and why, and give you options if available. I'll never use another plumbing service in this neck of the woods. Edit: we have used Auger Pros and Kevin has taken care of us on a few visits now. Always great and professional service. Our water heater gave up the ghost and they made us first stop this morning.Very fast response and professional crew sent to do the job. Communication was clear and friendly.
