In-House Plumbing Company is highly recommended for sewer replacement and rerouting. They are hands down the best in every way, with pricing that is low compared to other quotes. The crews are professional, experienced, and timely, finishing jobs quickly, like a whole house sewer reroute in 3 days. They provide quality jobs when replacing old cast iron sewer pipes with PVC. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Chris, the supervisor, is a true professional who exceeds expectations. He breaks everything down, explains the process, the cost, and the bid, and provides a detailed drawing of the home regarding plumbing placement. He spent a lot of time on the explanation. They show up when they say they will, keep customers up to date on progress, and are very responsive to follow-up questions. They will also come back to ensure the yard recovers from trenching.

In-House Plumbing exceeded my expectations. Replacing collapsed cast iron is an intimidating project.
Initial bid: In-House Plumbing provided an easy to understand bid, with excellent pricing compared to multiple competitors. We were reassured by the fact that they only do cast-iron replacement, and do 4 projects every week.
Preparation: They communicated well in the weeks leading up to the project. The property was tenant-occupied, and they worked respectfully to ensure a minimal disruption to the tenant.
