I tried the $39 trail offer and was impressed by the level of care they provided for my dog. When I picked her up she was happy and clean. However, I found their approach to memberships a bit pushy. I was automatically signed up for a membership without my consent. Fortunately, I caught it and canceled it before incurring any charges. Would return due to the staff friendliness and how happy my dog was but they should not sign you up for a membership unless you want too.
This was my puppies first grooming experience. She did absolutely amazing. The manager Ashley was very welcoming, informative, helpful and attentive. She gave me lots of really good information and made me feel very comfortable about leaving my puppy. Plus she made my sweet baby look amazing 🥹 She’s a happy pup, we will definitely be back!
This was the first time I took my little one and I love it! They are thorough, reasonable, and very very nice. I felt like my dog was treated with love and care; they really care about their furry customers.
