Just changed from my long-time groomer as quality slipped over the last few months. First visit was great! Super friendly staff, talked through all the options, and showed lots of love for pup. Will go back for sure!
I take my dogs there once every few weeks. Such a thoughtful and delightful team willing to execute any demand you have when it comes to your dog. They take great care of him and he loves it every time we come. Reagan does an excellent job at making us feel like family and ensures my dog is in good condition from head to tail. THANKS SCENTHOUND AND REAGAN!!! Definitely worth the money!
I was very impressed with the staff at this location. Daisy is new to us as a rescue. She’s had a rough life so far and she’s scared of everything. It has been a slow process getting her desensitized to sounds and the scary world around her. She needed grooming badly but we were still learning so the first visit was pretty scary for her. The staff was extremely patient with her and me on our first visit. They did a fantastic job and we have a membership to keep bringing Daisy back. Plus they were able to give me some recommendations on some trainers that may be able to help. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
