This was my 2nd time to try to use this company after recommending them to friends after our 1st experience. Received a text that there was a family emergency Fri night (completely understandable), then rescheduled to the next morning. Received confirmation from both automated service and the cell number. Never showed up. At least have the decency to call/text if you're not coming.

Made an appointment, was told that my appointment was pending approval around 10 am. At the time of appointment, 3pm, I received a message that my appointment was expired and nobody showed. I did make the appointment the day I needed service, just some notice that they don't accept same day requests would have been helpful.
