The staff was very helpful and very courteous. They meet all of my needs. The Dentist was awesome. He had a great attitude and explained everything very will. I got right in and no waiting. Everything was done very Professionally. I was really blessed how quickly everyone step up and got everything done and I got partial back the very next day. I am thankful that God sent me to them, because I had no idea what I was going to do. Because this was on Tuesday morning and we were heading home on Thursday. Thank you all so much ❤ Sue Grove. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming from check in to checkout. Had all my concerns and issues addressed and taken care of at my appt. I am a long time patient and will continue my dental care at this center.
As hard as I keep up with my brushing and flossing, it just feels so good to get that deep cleaning every 6 months. My usual dental hygienist, Brittany is great. My daughter, son, grandson and grandaughter also go to the Allen Dental Center and have Brittany as their hygienist. I've had implants with Dr. Brad and he's great guy. I need some other work done that I have been avoiding, and they understand, and our not pressuring me to do it. I have always been pleased with all of the staff and they take the time necessary to provide great care and service.
