After a postpartum hemorrhage in Jan 2017 and a series of surgeries, I developed severe scarring in my uterus, causing Asherman's Syndrome and secondary infertility. I had 2 surgies to remove the scarring, but it kept coming back. Prior to my 3rd and final surgery in an attempt to have one more child, I found Jana on facebook. Some women on the Asherman's Syndrome fb group recommended a Maya abdominal massage, so I booked it. I had my first session about 1.5 weeks before my 3rd surgery. It was very painful and I bruised all over my lower abdomen. However, my entire abdomen felt loose and not as tight. After surgery, my doctor told me the scarring was so much easier to remove this time. I combined supplements, hormones, and castor oil packs until my next cycle. After that, my doctor cleared me for more sessions with Jana. I saw her once a month June-October to bring blood flow to my uterus and encourage lining to develop and grow before scarring and adhesions had a chance to develop. Once November hit, we were finally ready to plan for a frozen embryo transfer b/c my lining was above 7mm (it hadn't been above 5mm since before the hemorrhage). I saw Jana for a session once a week leading up the transfer. Well, it was successful! We had one embryo and one shot. I truly believe Jana helped this dream of ours come true! After 3 years of trying, our baby boy is due August! I highly recommend you see Jana for any fertility needs! She is awesome!

I found Jana when searching for a quality prenatal massage. I was so impressed with how she prepared my aching 39 week body for birth that I came running back for postnatal massages. Jana was also amazingly knowledgeable and skilled at helping me work through a painful back spasm. She helped me find relief to help me continue breastfeeding/pumping. She is amazing!
