I’ll be honest, our initial exchanges weren’t the greatest as well as his exchanges with my realtor as we were selling the house we bought 2.5 years ago and found out the foundation warranty was never transferred at the time of our purchase. At the end of the day, we ultimately decided to use jay as we needed a cast iron replacement as ours was cracked and was not patchable. Others told me no but jay said he’d have his guy try to at least repair which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for working with me and billing as well!

I am not good leaving reviews, but I had to make an exception here. When I called Jay (ROC foundation), I asked a lot of questions about the issues that I had in my house, cost, when it was the best time of doing it, how was the process, etc, etc, etc. Jay took the time to explain everything to me, he gave me his honest recommendation and didn't push me to do it. Again, he took his time to explain everything and took me step by step. His crew was great, respectful, hard workers and committed to excellence (Daniel, the supervisor was very professional).
