Great experience from start to finish. I was locked out after losing my key, and he responded right away. Very professional, patient, and helpful. He also pointed out a security issue and changed an additional lock, which gave me peace of mind.

These guys were out within 10 minutes of my call and did a great job replacing a bad deadbolt. The installer was also a perfectionist and took his time making sure everything was 100% before he was finished. I highly recommend them!
My new-to-me car only came with 1 car fob. DML ( the Allen office) said they could come in 30 minutes, which they did. The nicest young man had the correct 5 fob (remote start, push button start, trunk, open & shut doors). It took him about 20-30 minutes to program the new fob. The new fob works great and the young man (I can't remember his name) explained everything and showed me it worked. I tested the functions myself too before he left. This made for a nice morning and now I wish I hadn't stressed about it for the last week or two. I'm glad I didn't go to a dealership where I would have had to leave my car. I will certainly use them if I need a locksmith in the future.
