The nail technicians are very professional and want to make sure your experience is welcoming and comfortable. They respond quickly to requests for appointments and have never made me wait. I recommend the manager! She is the best!!!
This is the only nail shop I will go to. I drive about an hour each way to see Loan. Everyone is incredibly nice. Most importantly, it is CLEAN! they have a hospital grade autoclave and I have *never* seen a tool reused on multiple clients like I have at almost every other place I've been to. Definitely give them a try if you need nail care!
