“Called Air Comfort Solutions at the beginning of summer as my AC unit had a freeze up. They walked me through some steps I could take to get the unit running again over the phone, no charge to me at all. A few months later AC unit wouldn’t power on. Called again and received even more tips that I could look at myself to see if they alleviated the problem. Again, all of this was just them trying to be helpful…didn’t even try to set up a service call yet. My unit eventually called it quits as it was an older unit to begin with. They sent me a bunch of replacement options and were able to remove my old unit and install a new one in just a day. The owner came out during the install and at the end of the install to make sure everything was done correctly and up to his standards. Honest, helpful, local company. Texas is TOO HOT to not have a go-to HVAC company you can trust.“

“Ken was really great, he was able to come to my house yesterday (Sunday) and was able to give a temporary solution for my furnace until he could come back today for the complete repair. He came back today at the time he promised and got the furnace working in no time at all. He gave me helpful tips on how to better circulate the air in my home in different seasons as well. Ken is prompt, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to talk with. This was my first time working with Ken, but it won't be my last.“

“I have always like this wholesale HVAC supplier. Still getting used to the new name. I like the how the staff is always eager to help me find the right part and get me out the door in a timely fashion. This is important in Texas because people depend on their AC to work and me to fix it when it breaks. This review would be 5 stars but the new website doesn't allow me to order or look up parts yet.“
