This institution is great- very well organized and the director and teachers are very nurturing, kind and knowledgeable. My son loves this center and he is thriving. They truly understand how to teach math and all the steps and mechanics behind it. You get regular assessments and updates and know exactly what your child needs help with and what they’re good at. The head spa was incredibly soothing — the scalp massage, steam, and treatment made me feel completely refreshed and stress-free. Rose is an absolute gem! I was a new client today and I walked out the happiest I’ve been with a beauty shop treatment in some years now. She did a color, cut and blow dry. 100% happy with everything. She’s experienced, listens well to what her client wants, has great advice, is kind and genuine. She gives senior discounts and her prices are great. I am 73 yrs old and she made me feel so good !

I’ve been here twice and the first time was a hair emergency ab they were able to accommodate me and honestly my hair had the best reaction after taking it down. Usually take down for me is a mess and some pieces of my hair comes out and it’s very oily but here NOPE! Take down was smooth and my hair was not oily and soft and very few fallout. They do an excellent job ensuring your hair is done well and last more than a couple of weeks. Will be coming here for my braids. Bonus: the chairs are actually comfortable so you don’t have to be in pain when you after several hours.

Breianna is an expert for your healthy hair journey. My hair thrives when I stay consistent with my quarterly blowouts and trims. On a rare occasion, I will get a silk press for my trim. But, I like the fact that she can trim my hair with a blowout.

Brooklyn took my hair from brown/black roots and faded red/purple ends to an entire beautiful copper head of hair. You know it's a great salon with fantastic stylists when you can spend 8 hours there and the conversation and good times keep flowing! My go-to spot for my haircuts. They are fast, easy to book, and fairly priced. They don't upcharge for fades like most places, and have you out the door in 30 minutes or less. All the girls are professional, friendly, and very experienced. They can do any style and help people of any age. I would recommend any of them.

I’ve been coming to Suddenly Sunless for at least 12 years. It’s a great place to go and the staff is wonderful. The owner is truly amazing and my tan is beautiful every time. People comment that it looks like I’ve been in the sun or on an island somewhere. It’s bronze and never orange and I just absolutely love coming here every single week throughout the year. Try it yourself my guesses you’ll be as happy as I am.
I’ve been going to Sol Sunless in McKinney for the last year and the customer service is top notch. I’ve been to other sol sunless’ in the Dallas area, and some forget to apply the powder at the end (to prevent the tan from getting uneven).. But the staff there are very nice and professional. They make sure to apply the baby powder, as well as an air blower, to insure that the tan stays dry and even, after the session.

The gentleman that took the time to prep and shape my nails was so kind and attentive. I have crooked pinkies and he made them look straight lol. He was so careful with the drill and the way he laid the acrylic blends seamlessly with my natural nail at the cuticle line. I’ve gotten the most compliments from men and women both on them than I ever have in my life. The young woman who is still training is now only known to me as the magnet master. She somehow made every single nail shine perfectly, giving a moving wave of a French tip throughout the holo. Next time I’m letting her do whatever she wants she’s incredible.

Kelly manages the salon with an eye for detail and her years of experience show in the quality work of the salon as they aim to please. Convenient location and easy to get to on Hardin Blvd at Eldorado next to Tom Thumb. I am glad I found them several years ago. :)

But what really sets her apart from the competition (there really isn’t any - she’s that good) is her dedication to her craft. And it is a craft, one she worked long and hard to master. Her skill is head and shoulders above anyone else I’ve seen, and now I won’t go anywhere but Ciara. I’ve had just about every single part of my body waxed and while there are tender areas, she’s so good that it really isn’t uncomfy at all. Even areas you might think would be painful - Brazilian, lip, etc - are no biggie when you’re on her table. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and at ease. When she’s finished she will also go above and beyond with tweezers to get any stray hair the wax might have missed - being anal retentive is a huge positive in the service industry, and she doesn’t like missing a single hair! I was initially skeptical because of my hair type, but they truly surprised me. It’s been two months since my last laser hair removal session, and I haven’t needed to shave at all since then.

It was a bit of a drive to McKinney but worth it. I was able to get an eyelash extension removal done and received a patch test. I have also seen a lot of Raul's tattoo work as well, and he does great work as well. The service at this shop is amazing. I never once felt rushed. Chris did my tattoo and really took his time understanding my story and where I wanted to go with it. A lot of artists try to rush a tattoo, but not Chris. He told me, “I want to really give this my all, so let’s schedule this so I can take my time and prepare something great for you.” That meant a lot to me.

I came in impulsively at 9 pm on a Saturday and was looking to get a simple tattoo, Ruben gave me a really good and he got started right away. It is already a small tattoo but he did it smooth and fast. He made me feel comfortable and I’d definitely recommend him to everyone. I’ll surely be coming back.

Our service techs, Brody and Tim, were fantastic to work with. We had two pipes break in a concrete beam of our foundation. This was no small problem and as homeowners we were concerned how the issue would be fixed. Brody kept us informed every step of the process and always took time to answer any questions or concerns we had. We felt heard and respected which is extremely rare these days. Brody and Tim’s work was impeccable and they cleaned up well after the job was completed.

I've called Bill twice now and both times he arrived quickly, was polite, fixed what we needed with no BS and reasonable cost. Today we needed him to look at a leak in our garage and ended up a water heater replacement along with some additional parts. He was done within 2 hours including the trip to pick up the new heater and other supplies. Not the kind of day you want to have but he made it easy.

Sometimes it's annoying when I get service so good, I have to spend my time on google writing a review. I called these guys for a water heater flush and when the showed up I mentioned my heater was throwing a code and asked if the flush would fix it. They said no but we can fix it quickly, no extra charge. Then they showed me how to fix it for future reference. Then we hung out and chatted while they did the flush. 10/10

Jason is terrific! He installed two Moen tub diverters, flushed & filled our hot water heaters and replaced the Expansion Tank that had rust spots. (The Expansion Tank was not changed out when our hot water heaters were replaced 5 years ago. He noticed the rust on a previous service visit & explained why it may not have been suggested by the plumber who replaced our hot water heaters.) We thanked him for pointing this out as we've had water damage in the past & want to avoid a repeat. He was on-time, professional and we will call him again when we have plumbing issues. Medlock made a stressful situation into a positive experience! The downside of owning an older home is when something needs to be upgraded, usually something else is out of code. Nick and his crew at Medlock were quick to set up testing of our lines, identifying that not only were our gas lines out of code and needed to be replaced, but we had a small gas leak we did not even know about. He immediately had a crew at our home ready to get the job done. They were professional, efficient and the cleanest crew we have worked with, leaving our home as they entered it. Lester and Ace were excellent to work with. Our Hot Water heater went out and was leaking into the drip pan . I had called Baker Bros and was given an outrageous quote of $3999. I contacted Lester, he gave a very fair and reasonable quote that was just a little more than 1/2 of the Baker Bros quote. They showed up on time at 8 am the next morning per our phone conversation. They were extremely professional, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Our Art Gallery in downtown McKinney had an explosion and fire in our outside meter box. Blue Line went way above the call of duty to help us! Because of the fact fire was involved we had to engage Fire department inspection , city permits and city inspection PLUS Oncor and Atmos. These guys were patient, prompt, and went an extra mile for us! We were able to get the gallery re-opened as quickly as humanly possible! They are our electrical heroes!!
Todd answered my call right away (even though it was a holiday) regarding an electrical issue that was discovered by the HVAC tech at my home with my A/C units. He asked a couple of questions to help me troubleshoot the issue. While he checked his inventory to ensure that he had the correct circuit breaker, he advised me to call my power company to be sure there wasn’t an underlying issue with power to the property. After we were able to eventually resolve the problem (faulty voltage meter), Todd followed up with a phone call to ensure that everything was settled. He’s the real deal. He’s the professional you want in your corner when things go bad. I’ll hire him to complete all of my electrical work in the future.

Bob from Bob’s Dryer Vent Cleaning did an outstanding job cleaning our dryer vent. He truly went above and beyond what I expected. In addition to thoroughly cleaning the vent, he got up on the roof to repair damage a roofer had previously done to the vent and also went into the attic to properly attach the vent to the roof. He even took the time to clean the floor under the dryer, which was a nice extra touch. Bob was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I would have no hesitation hiring him again, and if you’re looking for someone to handle dryer vent cleaning, I highly recommend him.

I went to Dungans because of their long standing presence in McKinney. Their salesman Ron assured me that their installer has been with them long term and one of the best. For sure Jonathan is! He took a day just to grind our upstairs subfloor (warped OSB!!) and then float all the low spots. It took more float than estimated and I was happy to pay for it, as you can imagine, your finished floor is only as good as your subfloor is flat and level. Glad he knew what he was doing. Will use them again for more flooring upstairs and continue the beautiful wood planks.

I can't say enough great things about John and Einstein Roofing and Restoration. They replaced our roof approximately ten years ago, and we've had absolutely no complaints with their work. They helped us through the insurance process and then completed the job in one day, including replacing a couple of skylights destroyed by hail. They cleaned up our yard, and our new roof was the only way you could tell that they'd ever been there. We could not have been happier. Not only was their work top notch, but at no time was I pressured or felt like I was getting a hard sell like I've received from the fly-by-night companies that seem to flood our neighborhood after any serious weather event. All involved were friendly and helped to turn a potentially very negative experience into a pleasant and positive one.
Their warranty work also can't be beat. I noticed a shingle or two that looked out of place after recent wind storms and called them for help. John got back in touch with me immediately, came by within a day to evaluate the damage, and then repaired it the next day. They stand by their work completely. Not only was I most pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness and quick handling, John recognized and remembered me from previous work. He's a great guy to work with, and I have no issues recommending Einstein to friends and family.

I echo all the positive things from other reviews. Our experience was outstanding from beginning to end. We had 4 quotes and Cedar Creek's was in the middle. I was impressed with the attention to detail from the beginning and felt more comfortable with them than the other companies. They just seemed more honest and genuine. We were lucky to be able to reuse our previous metal posts because they're already set in a concrete footer. They thoroughly inspected them to ensure they were sturdy enough for us to do 8' on the longest portion of the fence (it used to be 6' like rest of fence). They really cleaned up after themselves after each stage like others said. Ours just got stained yesterday after the standard 3-4 week waiting period. I'm so happy we picked Cedar Creek because the final product is beautiful. We're enjoying our time on the back patio so much more. A huge thanks to Dave, Pablo, Juan and everyone else that was involved! Highly recommend these folks!

We have used Kangaroo Contractors for several projects - interior painting, replace and paint siding, gutter guards, and replace windows and have always had great experiences with them. They are professional and do excellent work. We look forward to them replacing our roof.
The wife is the ultimate do it yourselfer, but she wants a game plan and specific instructions before tackling a project. This is where Floyd came in. Due to the distance of our home from local areas another ubuildit recommended Floyd and we were a bit far for him as well. But after a good conversation he came on board as a consultant and gave us the BIBLE for building a home. And he also made the drive out on three separate occasions to inspect our build for us to make sure everything was good. If you’re planning to build a home you definitely want the Bible that Floyd has put together. He was available via text all day and everyday to answer any questions and my wife definitely ask a lot of questions. When we decided to work with Floyd, communication was key and Floyd excelled at this. Obviously you may be searching for someone to manage your build from beginning to end and our situation may have been a little different from what you are looking for. But just based on Floyd’s consulting for us we would definitely recommend you choosing Floyd to work with you on building your home. You want someone with his expertise on your team.If it helps paint a better picture our home is a custom 6ksqft and it took us 1 year to build it. Good luck and happy building!
Quality contractors. They told me up front that they are not the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive either... which was accurate. We completely renovated 3 bathrooms to the studs and added custom built cabinets, entire house was painted (walls, shutters, baseboards & doors), entire upstairs carpet removed as well as staircase and replaced with hardwoods, kitchen & butler pantry cabinet reconfiguration and new door fronts, ceiling beams in 2 rooms, custom picture frame paneling along staircase, all new light fixtures, and barn door installation. They did this all in 30 days to work with us on our move-in date. They must have had at least10 ppl working here every day & weekends... they killed it! After all the remodeling was done & we moved into the house, black mold was discovered in an area we had not replaced with new cabinets and they came to our rescue that same day to talk to us about how to proceed. They are perfectionists, and dependable. Anything that wasn't exactly how I wanted it or if I changed my mind on something, they were all over it. Highly recommend.

This review is for the McKinney, TX. location of Wellness Clinics of America-Freedom Health Centers. My wife and I both signed up for a combination Overall Wellness - Chiropractic - Metabolic Weight Loss program. Aching muscles, some back and neck pain, brain-fog and low energy levels. It is a 6-week program. Can't tell you how grateful we are that we did.
The initial exam was one of the most comprehensive exams we've ever had. Included x-rays of our gut, spine and necks as well as a test to measure overall health. Also included blood work for food sensitivities (was that an eye-opener!!!). We're one week away from finishing this program and are feeling so much better. Both of us have had a significant reduction in our weight. Our daily aches have been greatly minimized. Our energy levels have gone back up. Overall we are feeling so much better. A big reason for this is Dr. Molski's approach to your health. Instead of a band-aid (temp to help for a little bit) approach he focuses on the root of the issue so you can have long term results. It won't take you long to realize that when interacting with Dr. Molski you are talking to someone who is a true expert regarding an approach to your Total Health. In other words: This guy knows his stuff like nobody's business.
As far as the McKinney staff goes we have nothing but glowing praise for everyone. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and have been cross-trained so their expertise goes beyond just their particular area. They were always very flexible when it came to scheduling. I don't know if it's possible for an office to achieve staff nirvana but I think this one has. Special kudos to Kacee, Kristin and Sara.
We highly recommend this office and their philosophy in treating you for your overall and long term health (vs a typical PCP short term approach). If we wind up needing any more health visits in the future this will definitely be our first stop. Highly recommended !!!

I’m a really complicated patient (I’m a double below knee amputee and I have several other pre-existing bone issues) so… I have never, ever been brave enough to visit a chiropractor.
Until one day when I was in so much pain that I landed up in the ER thinking that my collarbone was broken.
That’s when I found Dr. Chris and Elevation Chiropractic he told me that the adjustments were going to be small and it was going to take time to feel better, but after my very first visit I felt immediate relief.
I have been going ever since then for the past nine months three times a week, and feeling more and more like my old stuff. I’m walking straighter, in little to no pain - and when I do feel pain he helps heal it almost immediately.

Dr Miller was so warm and welcoming the first time I visited the office. I wasn’t sure what to expect with my first dry needling experience, but he assured me I could do it and would benefit from it.

Our annual exam with Dr. Jaxson and Vet tech (Elma?) was the best experience. Dr. Jackson was SO thorough and patient and kind! It was so refreshing to find compassionate vet care here in McKinney. The clinic itself was clean and spacious, modern and comfortable. I am genuinely so happy to have found such a caring team for my dog.
Katie and Dr. Sheffield are so patient with my dog Heidi. She gets anxious at vets but they always handle her so well.
We had a bad case of diarrhea and decided to visit Easy Vet for the first time. Everything went smoothly. The doctor clearly knows what she’s doing—efficient, thorough, and no long wait. She actually examines your animal instead of rushing through the visit just to collect a fee. There was no pressure to upcharge or prescribe unnecessary medications or services. Prices are reasonable, and the clinic is affordable. We’ll definitely be back.

Our new dog Benji loves this place and loves Dr. Thomson. We have been really happy with the consultation since he is HW+ and they don't just push doing the injections which would likely be deadly for him since he is not a dog you can keep calm easily. We appreciate the fact they laid out the options and discussed with us the best course of action based on his activity level and his age. We will continue our care with Dr. Thomson going forward. She's really AMAZING!
The service is really great and the staff are actually supportive to the animal and the person! Amazing! Don’t see that much any more. Dr. Bobo is wise, but also practical and goes for the root of the problem when needed, or will prescribe a med if it can be convenient and effective for the animal.
This vet office got us in at the very last minute and truly saved the day. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and caring from start to finish. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable, which we really appreciated during a stressful situation. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals and the people who bring them in. Since returning the doctors and staff are as accommodating and congenial as they were before. It seems even more so. It may be because I have returned after the office moved and missed the good service. I am not sure, but you guys have always been kind and thorough. On my most recent visit, the team and Dr. Smith were attentive and prices are always reasonable. Service was personalized and top notch. The atmosphere has always been calm and inviting.

My dogs Love Fur Friends. They do an amazing job with both of them. They are warm and welcoming and great service; they go by appointment time and call right away when they are done. They were not kenneled and were happy as well. Definitely recommend them. They look fand smell great.
They did such a good job with our littles and the price is great too, I was paying 129 for a mobile service for a 5lb dog! So glad we found this groomers and so close to home

I had a MLD done for the first time and I'm already looking to book my next session. The atmosphere was so calm and soothing. Cassandra was very gentle but so effective.
When Cassandra completed one arm, she had me lift both to see if I could feel the difference. I definitely did feel the drainage leave one side. After the completion of my session, I felt like I was walking on cloud 9.

Charles did an excellent job. As a bigger guy who lifts regularly and trains hard, I was honestly impressed by the level of pressure and technique he was able to provide. He worked through a lot of tension in my shoulder, bicep, forearm , legs and lower back areas and I left feeling noticeably looser overall. Some of the release work was intense in a good way and you can tell he understands muscle tension and recovery. Highly recommend Charles if you train, lift, or need true deep tissue work.

I have a frozen left shoulder and completed 12 sessions of softwave therapy without any improvement in my range of motion. I’ve since started physical therapy, and my therapist recommended massage to help release the significant muscle tightness in my scapular area, armpit, and collarbone.
Today, I had a session with Naomi, and it was an amazing experience. She truly understood my pain and limitations and worked carefully within my range of motion. I had quite a few painful moments during the session, but she handled everything with skill, patience, and care.
I appreciate how respectful she was of my limitations while still effectively addressing the tight, knotted areas. That balance is not easy to find.
Because of this experience, I signed up for their monthly membership and booked a longer session with Naomi. I’m also looking forward to trying other services they offer.
The facility itself is clean, quiet, and very relaxing—which is a huge plus for me.
I do expect to feel sore tomorrow, but as they say, no pain, no gain. Overall, I left feeling grateful and optimistic about my recovery.

Very much affordable massage experience! My coworker and I always come after work and we get the $45 one hour foot massage that includes head, neck, back and shoulders. They spend a lot of time on your foot and it never fails to make me relaxed and fall asleep.

I had an excellent experience at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers-Stonebridge while recuperating from my fractured arm. Not only were they very welcoming and friendly but their concern for my recovery and progress was genuine. Madhu and Sham watched my recovery closely and pushed me when necessary while always cautioning me to do the homework they assigned without causing pain. My treatment was varied with mobility and strengthening both emphasized as well as soft tissue massage.

Dr. Pierson is very kind and knowledgeable. He spent time talking me through what he noticed in his assessment and educating me on his approach while he worked. I’ve been in PT several times, most recently for almost a year for an injury that has caused physical pain. Finding someone who does Manual therapy and one who does it well is challenging, and Dr. Pierson helped bring down my pain level with one treatment! I ? recommend him if you are needing physical therapy! Wish I would have gone sooner!
When I first got to Peak Physical Therapy, my balance was horrible! I was unable to stand up straight, nor was I able to walk fast and in a straight line.
Grant and his associates have been OUTSTANDING! Grant administers walking exercises during my weekly visits to Peak as well as providing me with suggestions for home exercises which have really helped my balance improvement process.
All the associates are great! Betsey, Brynli, and Maddy continue to make sure that I do the exercises properly and make me feel as though I am their "only special client". Even Arnecia, the receptionist, is most gracious and always gives me a very big welcome smile when I arrive and a smile when I leave.
I am very thankful to all of these people because they have helped to improve my posture, balance, and ability to walk fast and straight.
Absolutely amazing experience here, I will be going nowhere else but here! i have PCOS and I have been trying since December of last year to have a period, I’ve desperately tried herbal remedies, supplements, eating as clean as possible and tried practicing ways to stay stress-free to help Induce a period because my primary doctor was becoming concerned with my thickened uterus lining build up from not having periods (I was prescribed birth control but I wanted a more holistic natural approach to this problem) I was scared it was going to turn into some kind of uterine cancer with all the buildup, My next two options was to get a massage under my stomach to stimulate my uterus to bleed. Or to get acupuncture and I decided to just get acupuncture because I’ve heard some women have induced their periods this way, I didn’t really believe a couple of needles would help but as soon as I was done, I headed to my car and on my way home I noticed my breasts were very tender but I ignored it because I was like “no way this is actually a sign of a period coming?” as i drove, I stopped by downtown McKinney to pick up some sushi and I headed home to eat and I went Into a very deep sleep afterwards, when I woke up, my significant other told me that I was laughing and laughing in my sleep which I thought that was weird but pretty cool? anyway three days later I finally had a period after six months of not having one!!! I felt like there was an old untouched dusty switch in my body that finally got switched on with these needles! it woke something up that i’ve been desperately trying to wake up myself!
