Fantastic experience having gone through getting my AC unit replaced. Gene is extremely thorough and scientific in troubleshooting and getting to the root cause. Found them to be competent, competitively priced, prompt, reliable, and professional! No surprises whatsoever!
Gene is amazing. He came highly recommended by contractors I trusted. My parent’s a/c went out completely in the middle of a Texas heatwave.
What’s worse is my parents had already had someone to look at the problem - someone they found off a mailbox flier - and they had received an insane quote for a/c replacement from that company - I mean, like, the quote was along the lines of the cost of small car - and I knew that wasn’t right.
So I called around and found Gene. He went out to rescue my parents from the heat the same day I called him. Like, within hours. He gave them a super reasonable price, like a tenth of what they had been quoted before.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Koldaire HVAC company for a residential heating and cooling installation and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire team, from the initial consultation to the final installation, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The installation process itself was seamless and efficient, with the team working quickly and diligently to ensure that everything was done to the highest standards. They were respectful of my home and always cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciated.
