I had a busted water pipe in my exterior brick wall. Tom and Darrin did an excellent job finding the leak and repairing. They also replaced my water heater and fixed a leaky toilet. I can not recommend them enough. Tom answered all of my questions and came with amazing knowledge and experience.

I discovered a leak in the utility sink in the garage during the cold spell a couple weeks ago. I reached out to my regular plumber but they were over loaded and referred me to ProService. Johnny came out the next day. I did not think the pipes had frozen but there was a small puddle on the floor. Johnny confirmed it was not a broken pipe but a old worn out leaking faucet. I appreciated Johnny's frank answer. He said this leak was small (contained in a mop bucket under the sink) and not a priority now. I agreed this was small potatoes compared to others in Allen who had no water service due to frozen pipes. About a week later, he came by and fixed it. It's refreshing...read full review
