I called William late in the day due to plumbing backing up and not draining. He and Alex came out the following morning and they diagnosed the issue very quickly. They gave me an accurate estimate of time/cost up front and fixed my main drain line that same day (involved digging 4x4x4 feet hole in front yard and replacing sections of pipe that were snapped by tree roots). They're very professional, courteous, and hard working. Everything has been working great for several months - no issues. I highly recommend them.
Highly recommend Layman Plumbing! William is responsive, polite, knowledgeable and very professional. He came to my house to look at a hot water heater that was leaking and in the process identified that I had a gas leak. He adjusted his schedule and spent the next 10 hours at my house repairing the gas leaks and the hot water heater. Thank you William!
