I hired Grand Building and Contracting to complete exterior renovation on my house and I am very happy I did. This is a family business that stands behind it’s word, Alex the father was the lead on my project.When I met Alex, I can say it was refreshing having someone be upfront and honest on cost, progress updates as the project was underway, and both Alex and Jason his son were amazing to work with. The finished product of my house looks amazing! My neighbours stopping me on the street to compliment me how beautiful my house looks. When I met Adam and his father, I immediately felt they were trustworthy and honest people . From start to finish, Adam was always available to answer all my questions and concern's. He was upfront about all the work and cost involved. I would highly recommend his company to anyone who is looking for home improvements and looking for high quality workmanship.
