Grand Building & Contracting is a family-owned business that is known for its commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction. According to the reviews, the company recently completed an exterior renovation project for a client, and the results were highly impressive.
The client was particularly impressed with the professionalism and honesty of the company's owner, Alex, and his son Jason. They were upfront about the costs and timeline of the project, and regularly communicated with the client to keep them informed of any delays or changes. The renovation work, which included the porch, stairs, portico, stonework, siding, and new window flashing, was completed to a high standard, and the client's neighbors have been complimenting the beautiful new look of the house.
The client also noted that they had faced issues with previous contractors who had promised one thing but then delivered something else or increased the cost, but this was not the case with Grand Building & Contracting. The cost quoted was the price the client paid, and Alex and Jason went above and beyond to provide the quality product and design the client was looking for.
Overall, the reviews suggest that Grand Building & Contracting is a trustworthy and reliable company that takes pride in its work and puts customer satisfaction first. The client was so pleased with the experience that they have provided before and after photos and would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for home improvements.
